Is it legal to sell "replica" watches? I have encountered someone who freely admits that the Seamaster he's selling which "looks exactly like the original selling for $1500" is in fact not real yet bears omega's trademark. Isn't this a copyright infringement? Isn't this why knock-offs are evil? I'd really appreciate some feedback on this. Thanks, John |
