I am trying to find information on the value of a Swiss closed pocket watch with hour and quarter hour chimes that is in fine working order though it has not been used for the past 25 years. 18 caret gold, cover initialed with raised H over W in gold and a black enamel H over that so clearly the cover was originally prepared for the owner. The original owner was the son of Gen. Halleck, Lincoln's aide, and the granddaughter of Alexander Hamilton. His name was Harry Halleck. The inside cover is inscribed to my greatgrandfather by Hallecks mother in 1882 on the death of the son. Henry Capt was the maker. The watch is #32802 and the number p 3304 is scratched upside down at the inside top of the back.
