In response to: RE: Why I hate Movados -- Michael Khalil

Friend of mine bought a quartz Movado in the early 90s. Dropped it once on the ground, it burst open, cost him $125 to fix it. I have a 40s Movado manual that works great. Better than that quartz stuff. He bought a Breitling Colt Super Ocean and it's built like a tank, but the first one that he bought had a faulty crown, had to wait to get the replacement watch. They're almost too popular now, but I could take batting practice with my Rolex Oyster (GMT). Old Navitimer is a sharp-looking watch.

Good luck,
Ron
