Thank you for the reply and information. I will look into sending the watch back to factory. Its too bad they don't have any one here in the states that would be able to give that quality of repair and service.I think they have a office in NY, possibly they would be able to give me some advice also.
I really do love the watch and get many complements on it, It has the blue dial and is in great shape. I am a bit disturbed that it does not work correctly but will certainly feel better knowing that it is being serviced and repaired correctly so it will give me many more years of enjoyment.
