Breitling Repair

I own a second-hand Breitling Blackbird, and it has stopped working for the second time in one year. Can anyone recommend a good repair shop? or do I have to send directly to a Breitling dealer? The watch does not appear to have a serial number, which is a whole different story....

Will Breitling service a watch without a serial number? I have been told by a dealer that they would not.

Any comments would be greatly appreciated!
