Minerva Watch Repair

I have a nice Minerva chronograph (2 dials)from the 1940's. The stop watch has ceased to function due to wear (as told to me by my local watch guy). He recommends that I find someone who is both familiar with chronographs and Minerva watches.

Any suggestions? I've been burnt before in watch repair so I'm on the buggy side of this. I don't mind the excentrics, just the thieves.
