If the watches are low value watches, it is better off to buy them in the U.S. If the watches are more than $15000.00, sometimes they are 5-10% cheaper to buy outside the U.S. evn after the customs duties and etc. Just bewared not to bring Rolex, Piaget, and Frank Muller.
