Every now and then vintage hands and other Rolex parts are available on EBAY. You search on "Rolex hands" or "Rolex parts". I own a few Rolex Datejust watches with case reference 6605: I think you will have a hard time finding a red and black alternating datewheel with is genuine for a 1000-series movement mounted in a 6605.
