The auction looks authentic, the seller has perfect feedback and he can be paid by wire transfer to his New York bank. If you're not registered with eBay, you'll need to do that first. Then you can bid. There's a reserve price on the watch which has not been met yet, and the winner will have to meet that reserve (which is kept hidden until reached). If you win, you'll be expected to pay shipping and insurance from Venezuela and will probably receive a notice that will explain how to proceed. Good luck. Email me if you have any problems.
