I have become very interested in buying a Ulysse Nardin Marine Chronograph with stainless steel bracelet and silverized dial. I discovered that one is currently at auction on Ebay. (Item number 705510724). The problem is that I have no idea how to proceed correctly. To further complicate things the seller is located in Venezuela. Of course there are the issues of authenticity and accuracy of the watches description, but what other issues have to be considered with the seller being in Venezuela? Maybe someone here has had some dealings with this particular dealer. The dealers Ebay name is Rossog. I am sure that all of my questions have been asked before, and that I would have been able to satisfy my inquiries if I had several hours to read post after post, but unfortunately I don't.
