I am in the process of placing an order with a Katsuhisa Higuchi of
Higuchi-Inc Japan for a Seiko 1000m Professional Divers Watch. For this
transaction they require a credit card number before the goods will be
released.

Naturally with the present climate regarding credit card fraud I was
concerned as to the safety of such actions, fearing making payment with
no goods being sent out and the company disappearing.

I contacted the company over the Internet and requested referencse as to
their dealings in Britain. Please could you let me know if this is a reputable company/watch dealer, are there any customers who have had dealings with this company and can vouch for them.

To date they have been very helpful and courteous.
