I can't tell you if the watch you are considering is authentic. What I can say is that you should be quite cautious and sceptical. I spend a lot of time in Bucharest and I have been offeres all kinds of fakes: Longines, Franck Muller, Rolex, Tag, etc. I'm no expert, but I am a fan of fine watches. Some were really bad fakes, but others were rather convincing at first look. Did you see it in Bucharest or elsewhere? If I were you I'd try to get some photos and post here, so that the expert audience can better advise.
