I recently purchased a stainless submariner (black dial) from an auction on ebay. I am curious about the luminous markers. On most dials the markers are surrounded by a metal band;mine however, have no metal band. I have enclosed the requested information. I would appreciate any information you can offer. The case number is 16800 The serial 8028626
