I came accross an old Chelsea ladies wrist watch. Although the dial is missing I find the case very interesting. It has Six Diamonds and Two Emeralds in it. It says 14k iside the case along with the MFG. name. It also has a name on the gear face that appears to say Paul Vallett and it says 17 jewels. Thank you in advance if anyone can give me any history on this piece.
