The 93#### is the serial # of the piece which would date it to around 1986. Yes, the reference and case # are the same! The #6265 should be inscribed inside the caseback and between the lugs. The serial # is located between the other pair of lugs of the side opposite of the reference/case #. The band/strap/bracelet will have to be removed to view the #'s more than likely. A 6265 model is a Daytona, 3 register chronograph. Hope this helps out! KHS
