EVERY-DAY WATCH

I am looking for a watch to wear every day to the office, etc. I am mostly looking at Zenith Chronomaster El Primero, Breitling Chronomats & Crosswinds, Rolex Daytona, Brueget XX Atlantique, and Ebel 1911 Chrono. (These would be in 18K with bracelet). I am worried that it appears many fine swiss watches seem tempermental and need frequent (every few years) service to stay accurate. Any advice on the most dependable watch in area of choice?
