I am looking to buy a vintage ladies watch. The majority I am finding are manual-wind. My experience in the past has been to consistently overwind the watch. I am afraid to invest in a manual watch and constantly have to have it serviced.
1. Are my fears regarding a manual-wind watch justified?
2. what questions should I ask a dealer about a manual-wind watch before buying.
