rolex submariner cal. 3130

i just recently bought a brandnew steel submariner (no date) with the new caliber 3130 which is supposed to be more refined than the previous one
now i found that the watch is at least 1 second late a day which, as far as i know, is not much better than the previous model

can anyone give me advice on how i shall treat the watch for more accuracy? or any onther experiences with this caliber?
f.e. how to postition it at night or if wearing it at night proved good?
your input will be very much appreciated.
