The watch is a Corum Admiral in 18K yellow gold with a display back. It is one of a limited edition series, where each piece in the edition had a hand-painted image on the rotor. This piece features a mermaid, which may or may not be unique (not sure if the entire series featured the same design or not). The watch was originally purchased for about $16,000 in the mid 1990s. I believe the current version of the Admiral (same watch without the hand enameled rotor) lists for $19k. Any opinions as to the current value of this watch would be greatly appreciated.
