Cartier tank...approximate value?

Hi. I own a Cartier ladies Tank. It has a silver case in VGC. The back says Cartier, Paris, Tank Quartz Argent, Swiss made, and the numbers are 925, 8057002 and 00519. The face is white with navy roman numerals and hands. It has a blue stone on the winding thing (sorry I don't know the correct term for this). The band is Navy blue leather and stamped Cartier Paris. Also, the face says must de Cartier, and Swiss. I'm pretty sure this is the real deal because Cartier gave this watch to my mother as an award for excellent sales of their fragrances. It is circa 1980-something I think, because she retired in 1989. Unfortunately, the watch is not running, I'm not sure why.
How/where should I go for repair? How much does it cost to repair quartz movements? How much do you all who know about these things think this watch is worth?
