Etiquette Protocol Dilemma

I recently took two watches (Rolex DJ and Tudor Prince Oysterdate) into Wanna Buy a Watch for sizing. Tim sized both watches and did not charge me anything. However when I arrived home and examined the watches some days later I found that the Tudor now had a small chip in the crystal (at the nine position) where there was none before. What, if anything, can I do and how should I proceed?
