You are speaking of the fluted bezel. Now someone may correct me if I am wrong, but I am fairly sure that the in the silver color, the fluted bezel is ONLY white gold. I don't believe they make that bezel in stainless steel. This likely has to do with the machining process involved. I might be costly and difficult to make that cut on steel. I don't know for sure. All Stainless Datejusts with "fluted" bezels have white gold bezels. Color will not be exactly the same as your case. It will have a slight tint to it and it is a slight bit softer in appearance somehow. Now in the old days there was a similar bezel that looked scalloped which WAS stainless. I don't think that it is offered anymore.
