Chronos--Breitling vs. Omega, IWC, Tag...

Curious what watch fans think about Breitling Chronomats versus Omega Speedmaster auto (Val. 7750), IWC GST auto (7750) and other comparatively priced auto chronos now on the market. These watches (I'm told) all use the Valjoux 7750. Do the manufacturers make significant modifications to the innards of these watches so that the IWC--since it is the most expensive of the 3 and the most prestigious (I think)--warrants the higher price than the Breitling, Omega, Tag...? If the movements are different due to tweaking, can someone rank these 4 in descending order?
