Hong Kong has two or three good vintage watch stores (as well as a few not so good). Initial prices are usually similar to those in U.S. or Europe but dealers can be a lot more flexible when it comes to negotiating.

If you are looking to get a reasonable discount on a new watch, this is possible but it takes a lot of hard work. It all depends on the specific watch you wish to buy. Also, don’t forget about this nice people at customs when you return home.
