My guess is between $ 480 and $ 600 for a complete overhaul. But you really should take ot to a Cartierdealer and get the right price. You won´t be overprices at a Cartierdealer, because he is proberly the only one that can get the dial and the crystal, and why not then, let him do the rest of the watch and give you 1 year warenty ? That you will get.
