What comes with watch after rolex service

My tt,sub is presently at rolex ny for service. I was looking thru a booklet that came with my wifes rolex ."The care of you Rolex" at the back after going thru the service process it say in the "Home Again" page the final stage f the service the watch "is carefully packed in a specially-designed Rolex Service division box which includes a complimentary polishing cloth and our one officail one year warranty."

They said I would get a one year warranty but no mention of the box or cloth. Was wondering if any one has had a watch returned from them recently and what they got for there $400.00 service, and also how long it took. Thanks....... Dave K
