The Rolex is a round face, winding watch (not self-winding as I thought), with 4 diamonds on the face (12, 3, 6 and 9) and plain slashes on the rest of the numbers. It has a gold face and below the "12" it says "Rolex" and above the "6" it says "officially certified chronometer".It has an 18-K gold mesh band The serial number inside the case is 174 8952

It's a Montres Rolex 18 jewel movement and it's an 18-K gold Geneva case
