ROLEX PRES DIAL CHANGE ?

I live in the Denver area, have a Pres I bought from Wingates. I want to change the dial from white roman to champange roman or stick. How is this done. Do I take it to a Rolex dealer in Denver or send back to Wingates or ? Has anybody out there done this ? Also how much does this type of thing cost ? Thanks Watchneters !!
