The Air King is a model that goes back 40 years or more...so it has evolved as the rest of the Rolex line has. You don't say whether you are looking at a new one or preowned. The movements are traditionally non-chronometer rated, but quite sturdy and pure Rolex. They can be adjusted to chronometer specs...but they weren't sent to the lab for the rating so that's the major difference...though there may also be some small ones in the movement features. New/recent should be saphire, older will be plastic. For the price of a new one, you should be able to get a very nice preowned DateJust or Date or Sub...but if you like the Air King...then by all means get one, it will last for decades.
