No. Tudor is made of 316 steel and Rolex is made of 917 stell I think itīs called. Someone inlight me :))

Tudor had a ETA movement and Rolex gas theor own movment.

The way Rolex movement is build up, you can regulate the watch by 0,5 sec. On Tudors the tolereance is 2 sec.

No other difference I think
