I wouldn't worry about that...I am not sure what the power reserve is on the Explorer II but really, after 2 days of non use, it wouldn't seem out of the ordinary that it would completely run down. Wind it fully by hand 20-30 turns and then wear it for a day. Then take it off and check it. 48 hours is a pretty fair amount of time for it to run with no additional winding I would think.
