The serial numbers you are supplying indicate the year 1928/29. Page 489, 2001 Complete Price Guide To Watches. However, a footnote states: "Watches were not necessarily sold in the exact order of manufactured date". Info obtained from above mentioned reference book by Cooksey Shugart, Tom Engle & Richard E. Gilbert. Hope this will be of help.
