 . .Dubey & Schaldenbrand Carre Cambre Grande Date . If you like Art Deco, this is a neat watch. In 18k Rose Gold with cushion case sized 34x34mm , and sapphire crystal it's even water resistant to 30 meters. The technical description of the movement from D & S is that it is an automatic ETA 2892-A2 11 ½ '' modified with sweep second hand at 6 and the big date at 12. 26 jewels, 28'800 A/h (4HZ), Glucydur balance wheel, Nivarox I spiral, 'A' quality assortment, Nivaflex I spring. The whole movement is rhodié and decorated, the rotor with 'Côtes de Genève'. All parts are fixed with blue screws. Adjusted in 5 positions, 0 / +15 sec./day . Unfortunately, the decorated movement is hidden, because the back is solid gold held in place with 4 screws, so. In the first photo, the dial looks the deepest blue, but it's actually black and gorgeously guilloched and has gold numerals and markers. The owner bought this new and wore it sparingly. It's in superb condition with box and papers. The only "flaw," if one wanted to call it that is that the owner sized the strap with an extra hole and so it is offered at: . $US 2595. plus actual shipping and insurance ,   . .  . Vintage 14k Vulcain . In solid 14 karat yellow gold, this hand wind with date vintage Vulcain is in excellent condition. Brushed gold finish on the sides of the case and polished gold along the thin bezel. Because of the thin bezel, this watch looks larger than its 33/4mm size. Nice watch at an excellent price. Just fully serviced by my watchmaker 2/7/02. . $285 plus actual shipping and insurance. .  .  . Rolex GMT . The original GMT watch by Rolex. 18k gold and stainless steel with black dial and bezel. Serial # 8,89x,xxx which dates it toward the end of 1985. Because the GMT Master has the quick-set date feature and is the original Rolex GMT, many people prefer it to the GMT II which does not have the quick-set date. The GMT Master is no longer being made by Rolex, so the GMT II is the only new GMT watch available from the company. The price of a Rolex GMT II on a Rolex Oyster bracelet like the one on this watch is $6,000. My watchmaker describes this watch as being in excellent condition and it is running well.
