The very rare Rolex Oyster Imperial Levinson wristwatch ref 2595 from the 1930's is cased in a 9k solid gold case with correct hall marks on the watch case, back and fixed spring bars. The spring bars are fixed to the head of the watch.

The dial is DOUBLE named Rolex Oyster at 12 o'clock and Levinson at the 6 o'clock. On the dial there is a marking Swiss made underneath the 6 o'clock. From my research Levinson was the Rolex agency back in the 1920's in Australia. Rolex ref: 2595 in an fact an Imperial model.

The Rolex case back is signed Oyster Watch CO, Geneva Swiss, Great Britan Patents,
Swiss Patents,French Patents, German Patents,USA Patents RWC Ltd .375 9K with also the 9K hallmark.

The running movement is a 101/2 15 Jewels super balance in very good condition which shows no sign of rust.

The gold dial is in 90% plus condition and show little sign of age. The case is 90% condition with minor stretches which can be buffed out but I have left it as it is to keep the originality.

The case back is stamped 2595 and 38937 which date the watch to 1930
